In the wake of the pandemic, motivating employees to return to the office presented a unique challenge. Livewire was enlisted to develop a creative platform and communication plan that not only encouraged office return but also showcased PwC's innovative approach to work.

Our campaign focused on the value of in-person collaboration and camaraderie, emphasizing the collective strength that arises from face-to-face interactions. By highlighting the unexpected, meaningful moments that define our office days, we set a fresh, inspiring tone for the new workspace at PwC.
 

This campaign drew record engagement on PwC’s Intranet, including the highest number of views ever recorded on a video deliverable with over 42% or 3000 employees.​​

30-Day Challenge

We created a 30-Day Challenge to keep engagement high and make going in more fun. Employees could earn company points by coming into the office for 30 days over two months, completing unique tasks only available on in-office screens, boosting interaction and creating a sense of FOMO.​
