My team at Livewire was tasked with creating a theme and visual identity that would be used as the basis for the Element event and the coming year.

Drive the Momentum is an inspirational concept, it evokes empowering images of determination, forward motion, speed, and strength.  This theme is a celebration of the work the team has put into getting to this point and is confirmation that they are driving forward with the right people, purpose, and intention.

Element Fleet - SKO Conference 2022

Opening video

The Open Road taps into the pride of the SKO team and invigorates them for the conference and the year to come. An introduction to the new theme, “Drive the Momentum,” this concept is a celebration of the team’s journey and uses text on screen paired with voice-over and moving imagery to tell the story of the challenges and triumphs that have led to this moment: the open road.

Destination video

My team created a video for Element to announce and reveal their new Winner’s Circle award and destination trip to Maui, Hawaii. The video would have to explain to viewers how the award could be won and generate excitement for the sales team to work towards their best year yet. The concept we proposed was a combination of text on screen, sound scaping, and stock footage. The video produced was a slow burn of excitement, piquing the interest of viewers with flashes of imagery and words before paying off in a big way with a series of beauty images of Hawaii.

In-event - awards night theme and activations

My team was tasked with coming up with a party theme concept for the Sales Kick-Off awards dinner, a time for the sales team to inspire and celebrate that was separate from the strategy and creative platform of the main event. The awards would also be where the announcement of a new commercial team performance award—the Winner’s Circle—would take place. Livewire created the theme, called “Gone Global,” an elevated travel atmosphere with a special focus on the destinations where Element operates and their expanding global footprint.
