For the second year in a row, Livewire was tasked with developing a creative platform for the 2023 event that built on the previous year.

The theme they chose was Unstoppable, a bold statement and the evolution of 2023’s theme Drive the Momentum. Unstoppable is a thank you AND an inspirational rallying call to employees individually and together. It declares “you have harnessed your power, you are on the course, and now you are Unstoppable”.

Arrival is a continuation of last year’s SKO script-- but with a twist. The road is still there, but it’s a leveled up in the game. This concept features voice-over, text on screen, and music all building to the final reveal of our theme. Overall, this script is designed to inspire the belief in our limitless possibilities and collective strength—reinforcing that Element is indeed "Unstoppable".

Portal is a rallying call for the SKO audience. With a mix of futuristic visuals, text-on-screen, and electronic music, this high-energy concept will end the SKO event with a bang. Through empowering keywords that reinforce the messaging, Portal celebrates Element’s readiness, intention, and ambitions for the coming year. The visual direction plays on the sensory element of light and will elevate the experience when paired with the LED screens in the room.
